EDX Speed Monitor

The SRS/SRT/ED belt conveyor safety products work to ensure and protect equipment and personnel. The ED series is another of the Aplus Finetek belt conveyor safety products.

The ED is a speed monitoring safety instrument for use in monitoring the speed of rotating devices such as rotating conveyor shafts, motor shafts, etc. The ED speed monitor will measure RPM from 1~999rpm and indicates speed on its internal display. The primary output is a 4-20mA analog signal of the measured speed that can be tied into a PLC or DCS or panel meter. An alarm relay output is also provided.

。The alarm point setting of the speed monitor adopts a knob type operation, which is simple and fast.

。Based on the field application requirements, you may select the startup delay alarm function, so as to prevent false alarm when the device is accelerating at startup.

。Status indicatoris clear, so user may determine whether the current rotation speed is normal.

。Universal relay output type is used, which doesn't require complicated wiring procedure.

。The output delay function can avoid false alarm when the rotation speed is fluctuating at the moment of material dropping.

It is widely applied in the industrial fields such as metallurgy, quarry, cement, steel, port, grain, power, pulp &paper, and resource recycling, which is used for monitoring protection of skid, overly-low speed and overload of various belt conveyors.
