General Manager’s
Office
Draft the Company’s business strategies, set business goals, supervise and evaluate the implementation
and performance of business goals; establish and promote project plans, the appointment of heads of
departments and projects, and integrate, coordinate, and support overseas subsidiaries’ business promotion and project implementation, manage general administrative affairs, files and contracts, and comprehensively manage the Company’s various operating management systems.
IT Department Plan, establish and implement the Company’s management information system, and purchase, use and maintain the hardware and system software.
Human Resource
Department
Implement human resources recruitment, appointment, wage, performance assessment and other related affairs.
Finance
Department
Implementation of cashier, fund planning, accounting, taxation, financial statement and budget review, planning and management of stock affairs, credit control, collection of receivables and other related businesses.
R&D
Department
Design and development of new products and engineering planning, manufacturing research and development of new technologies for existing products, evaluation of new technologies, production and trial run of new products, etc.
QA
Department
Ensure that the combination of marketing, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and service during product use can meet the needs of customers.
Business
Department
Collection and analysis of market survey and business information, planning and implementation of business goals, planning and management of customer service, product sales and collection of receivables.
Marketing
Department
Marketing strategies planning, market and product marketing positioning, including: design of the Company’s e-commerce business model, network image enhancement, promotion of major global exhibitions, seminar planning and support, company brand image awareness enhancement, market information collection and sorting, collaborative research and development and formulation of project specifications and assistance in business strategies planning.
Manufacturing
Department
Develop and improve production technology and manufacturing process; responsible for related matters such as the purchase of raw materials, assembly, manufacturing, and production scheduling to facilitate the works within the premise of the plant.
Audit Office Audit and evaluate the correctness, reliability, efficiency and validity of the Company’s operating records and internal management control, and then provide improvement suggestions to ensure the safety of the Company’s operations, reduce risks and abuses, and enable the effective implementation of internal control; and evaluate and audit the management system and internal audit planning.
