Introduction This PC-based smart material management system (MMS) is designed to operate with continuous level devices. It provides the efficiency and more convenient operation to measurement, save manpower and maintain fees. The MMS currently wide use for the powder, plastic, bulk solids, liquid tanks for metallurgy, coal mining, cement, chemical, feed, and food process storage monitoring. Moreover, the MMS also is innately with material inventory function, data analysis and real time message alarm to help the field operator and host manager communicates in fast, friendly way.
System Description The Material Management System, is an interavtice monitor Human-Interface Machine (HMI) between the field and management cente, itr connects with electromechanical device (FineTek EE series) to measure material level information and user can set versatile parameters of measuring distance, analog output, distance/level, tank height, air zone, high/low alarm, communication mode, communication ID, baudrate, communication format remotely. Al field l information is transmitted and controlled via MODBUS between the MMS and EE.
